Techiman South Member of Parliament (MP), Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah has thrown his unflinching support behind former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, saying he is the most credible candidate to lead the country and the candidate the New Patriotic Party(NPP) requires at this moment.
Speaking in an interview on Techiman-based Link FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com, the former Local Government, Decentralisation, and Rural Development Minister argued Dr Bawumia has shown qualities that make him stand out from the rest.
“A candidate who has been tried and trusted is the only one who can deliver power to us,” he said. “Out of all the candidates, Dr Bawumia is the one who truly embodies this.”
The MP explained that Dr Bawumia’s track record and personal conduct make him different from others in the race.
“His attitude places him in a different league,” Mr Korsah stated. “He has shown humility, respect, and commitment to the party and the country.”
He called on party members and supporters to unite behind the Vice President.
“I urge all our supporters to rally behind Dr Bawumia,” he said. “Together, we can help him lead us to victory.”
Mr Korsah believes that with Dr Bawumia as the party’s flagbearer, they stand a strong chance in the upcoming elections.
