Ghanaians on social media including ministers, ordinary people etc have been reacting to the viral video of a Russian man and Ghanaian women who he allegedly was intimate with the ladies.
Without their consent, Vladislav Liulkov, as he is now known, recorded the ladies with his Ray ban Meta glasses.
