The man who allegedly came to Ghana and claimed intimate encounters with several Ghanaian women has had his passport details leaked online, revealing his real identity.
The document identifies him as Vladislav Aleksandrovich Liulkov, a Russian national born on September 19, 1989. The passport confirms his nationality as Russian and shows the travel document he used to enter the country.
The disclosure forms part of ongoing investigations into the circulation of explicit content and images involving Ghanaian women. Authorities say the release of the passport is intended to establish the suspect’s identity and prevent further misinformation.
Addressing the issue on February 18, 2026, Minister of Communication Samuel Nartey George confirmed that the government is in possession of the passport.
“We have his passport, which we will be sharing with the media,” he said. “His first name is Vladislav and his last name is Liulkov. The passport with which he entered the country will be shared so that his identity is made known.”
He stressed that not all the women whose images were circulated online had intimate relations with the man.
“Let us be clear, not all the women he has publicised were engaged in an intimate encounter with him,” he stated.
According to him, cybersecurity investigations show that in some cases, the man only met the women briefly in public places.
