The Federal Court of Canada has upheld the decision to reject Black Stars midfielder Thomas Partey’s entry into Canada.
As a result, the Ghana midfielder is not allowed to enter Canada and will remain at the team’s base in the United States.
He was declared inadmissible because of pending criminal charges in the United Kingdom.
Partey denies the charges and has not been convicted of any crime.
