I Have My Doubts – Franklin Cudjoe Reacts to Reports About Sedinam Tamakloe’s Health Condition

President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe, has expressed doubts about claims relating to the health condition of former MASLOC Chief Executive Officer Sedinam Tamakloe Attionu following her return to Ghana.

His comments come after questions emerged about her reported medical condition and the circumstances surrounding her current status.

Reacting to the matter, Cudjoe said he believes it is reasonable for the public to seek clarity.

“Someone asked if it was right to ask for details about Madam Sedinam Tamakloe’s ailment for which she is allegedly under house arrest. I wondered. I ask because I have my doubts,” he stated.

The IMANI boss referenced a previous high-profile case involving a former finance minister who was said to be receiving medical treatment abroad while facing legal issues.

“We were here when a former finance minister absconded from the law under the pretext of being tied to a hospital bed abroad, only for us to later learn he was actually gallivanting around town and was picked up by immigration officials,” Cudjoe said.

“Now he says his roots are abroad and may even receive a certificate on top of that,” he added.

Sedinam Tamakloe, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison, arrived in Ghana last week.
