Poland striker Robert Lewandowski has been linked with a new club during the summer transfer window.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Lewandowski has agreed to join Chicago Fire after visiting the club and the city two weeks ago.
The 37-year-old is expected to sign with the MLS side early next week as he prepares for a new phase of his career in the United States.
Lewandowski left Barcelona after the 2025/26 season ended. He has previously played for Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga.
He is not playing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup because Poland did not qualify for the tournament.
