“I’ve never had a fist fight,” he said in a fresh podcast.
He added, “I’ve never fought. I have never insulted anybody.”
The former presidential staffer recalled that even during his time at the University of Ghana, he avoided situations that could lead to physical confrontations.

Aboagye explained that he learned that physical strength does not determine how conflicts should be handled.
He said this mindset has guided his interactions in politics, where disagreements and criticism are common.
According to him, moments of anger can lead to decisions with lasting consequences.
“That split second of not managing your emotions could cause too many problems for you,” he said.
Aboagye said he does not believe every disagreement requires a reaction, adding that restraint has helped him maintain his approach to public life.
