A contender in the race for the communications officer role in the Ashanti Region, Keskine Owusu Poku is of the view that the August 15 election will restore the love for the New Patriotic Party in the Ashanti Region.
According to him, Odeneho Kwaku Appiah will win, and the win will help restore the structures of the political party.
Making this point known in a social media post, he said, “Tomorrow will be a rebirth of NPP in the Ashanti Region. Under the leadership of Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, the love for the party in the region shall be restored and the structures of the party will work once again”.
The race to become chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region is heating up between Coka and Lawyer Kokofu.
Reports are suggesting that Kokofu is making inroads and has the backing of a supposed establishment in the Ashanti Region.
But Coka, who has contested for the position in the past, believes he will win the election.
