The Minority in Parliament says Ghana is increasingly becoming a transit point for narcotics and is demanding answers from the NDC government.
“Ghana has repeatedly featured in major narcotics trafficking cases both at home and abroad,” the Minority said in a statement on September 13, 2026.
It cited major drug seizures in Ghana, Australia and France involving consignments linked to the country.
“The NDC government must account for the nation’s descent into a narcotics transit hub,” the Minority said.
