The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has condemned what they describe as the Militarization of the 2024 elections.
A statement signed by the party’s General Secretary indicated that they object to the deployment of military men to the various constituencies.
They have therefore called on the president to recall all military men who have been deployed to the various constituencies.
Meanwhile, the Ghana Armed Forces has through statement indicated that the military are only available to support the police.
They insist that none of their men will be stationed at the polling stations across the country.
