Deputy NDC Secretary Mustapha Gbande has addressed concerns over Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) and why it seems nobody has been prosecuted yet.
“There are two schools of thought,” Gbande explained.
“One says when you change the government, lives have not stopped; children are growing, people are getting pregnant.
“You have to protect lives and build the nation.
“On the other hand, chasing thieves is important, but prioritizing the country’s stability is crucial.”
He acknowledged the need for accountability but warned against ignoring development.
“For us, it is all important, but the stability of this country comes first,” Gbande said.
