The President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, is expected to visit the Upper East Region for the Resetting Ghana tour.
The tour is slated for August 13 to August 14.
Although residents in the region were hopeful that the president was going to cut sod for the construction of an airport in the region, the president’s schedule points to him just inspecting the site for the airport.
The president is also expected to engage with stakeholders in the region.
