Ali Maiga Halidu has identified former Tema East MP Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover as his main contender in the race for the NPP National Organiser position.
Maiga said he expects the contest to come down to the two of them as Titus-Glover seeks the position for the second time.
“Titus Glover is my direct contender in the National Organiser race. The competition is between him and me,” he said in an interview on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen.
Maiga noted that both he and Titus-Glover are former MPs but said the former Greater Accra Regional Minister’s second attempt at the position makes the contest a two-horse race.
“We are both former MPs. I think he is my direct contender. This is the second time he is contesting this position and this is my first time. It’s like a two-horse race,” he stated.
