Gray Africana has shared her views on the adult content industry, saying she believes many people entering the space do not understand how the business operates.
According to her, the industry has become increasingly competitive and that creators need better knowledge about managing their work.
“It’s even more competitive than the music industry,” she said on The Podcast Network.
Gray Africana said she wants to focus on educating people through conversations about the industry because many people only see one side of it.
“I’m trying to bring it around the adult industry because a lot is going on that people don’t know,” she explained.
She also criticised what she described as low pricing among some creators, saying it affects how people value their work.
“I saw videos being sold for very low amounts. That’s why people don’t make money because of that,” she said.
Gray Africana said she has plans to expand her own production work and share more information about the industry.
“I’m even trying to increase my own porn production company,” she said.
She added that her goal is to create discussions around the business side of adult content creation rather than only focusing on the public perception of it.
