The Kumasi High Court has declared that Akosua Serwaa cannot hold herself as the only surviving wife of Daddy Lumba.
According to the court presided over by  Her Ladyship Justice Mrs. Dorinda Smith Arthur (PhD), Akosua Serwaa did not prove that she and Lumba were in a civil marriage.
In the 74-page judgment, the Judge indicated that what existed between Akosua Serwaa and Daddy Lumba was solely a customary marriage.
The court further ruled that Odo Broni known popularly as Priscilla Ofori is also a legally recognized wife and is entitled to all all rights of a widow.
