Policy Analyst, Steve Manteaw has urged Ghanaians to ask for their flood management cash from Cecilia Dapaah.
According to him, the former sanitation minister was in charge of the cash and therefore should be made to account for every penny.
His comments come on the back of floods in Accra after a heavy downpour on Monday morning
His post shared via social media read “Wondering where your flood management money went? Ask Cecelia Dapaah. She was in charge”.
