Head coach Charles Sampson has named his starting line-up for the Black Princesses’ FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup opening match against Ecuador.
Najat Abdul Salam will start in goal and make her first World Cup appearance.
The defence will feature Precious Asante, Diana Amoako, Juliana Gyekyewaa and Alexandra Tay, who will be playing in her second World Cup.
Esther Asamoah, Latifa Musah, Ivy Osei Owusu and captain Sarah Nyarko will make up the midfield.
Agnes Yeboah of Guangdong Meizhou Women’s FC and Priscilla Mensah will lead the attack for Ghana.
The Black Princesses will face Ecuador at the Arena Sosnowiec in Poland, with kick-off scheduled for 16:00 GMT.
