Ghanaian media personality Captain Smart has given some strong advice to young men, urging them to prioritize their future over fleeting pleasures.
Speaking on his show on Onua TV on February 25, 2026, Captain Smart said, “If you are a man, go out and look for money.
“And when you get money, don’t use it to be removing panties. Once you hit the ages of 23 to 26, leave girls alone and focus on your life and your future.”
He warned about the long-term consequences of reckless living. “Otherwise, by the time you reach 70, you will be broke, and you won’t even be able to function in bed because you used all sorts of chemicals,” he cautioned.
Captain Smart concluded with advice on relationships and building a meaningful life. “Build a life for yourself and get a good lady to settle down with. When you get such a lady, take care of her,” he said.
