Dr Adutwum suggests he’s the leader Ghanaians are calling for

Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum says Ghanaians are looking for a new kind of politics.

The presidential aspirants of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), while speaking on JoyNews’ Newsfile programme, said, “Ghanaians want a different kind of politics, one that is about problem-solving, competence and delivering results for the people.”

He emphasized that political leadership must be purposeful and people-centred.

Dr Adutwum added, “We must move the conversation towards ideas that can transform lives and strengthen our country.”

He stressed that voters are yearning for leadership focused on solutions, national development, and practical results rather than empty promises.

As a presidential aspirant, Dr Adutwum is calling on political leaders to prioritize policies that directly impact citizens.

He said the conversation should shift from rhetoric to concrete actions that improve education, infrastructure, and economic opportunities across the country.

According to him, Ghanaian voters are ready for leaders who can deliver real change. “It’s about ideas, solutions, and national development,” he said, highlighting that politics should serve the people above all else.
