Evangelist Ebuka Obi has told a female congregant to start exercising because, according to him, she would soon meet a man who would marry her.
During a church service, Obi told the woman that although she had experienced several disappointments from men, a man who would eventually marry her was coming.
“Go and begin to do exercise, physical gym. A man coming to marry you very soon, he will be coming,” he said.
He also claimed that the man would prefer slim women and therefore advised her to lose some weight.
“There is a man that will marry you, he likes slim girls. But he will be the one that will marry you. So begin to do exercise to lose small,” Obi said.
The evangelist further claimed that the woman wanted three children, while the man who would marry her wanted five.
He also told her that her menstrual cycle needed to become regular, claiming that her period was currently coming on and off.
“But your period has to be flowing well before that day. Because right now your period is coming off and on. Off and on,” he said.
The woman responded in agreement to the claims made during the church service.
