He got his appointment online endorsed by village pharmacy – Franklin Cudjoe ‘exposes’ Wahab

IMANI Africa President Franklin Cudjoe has reacted to the Attorney General’s application seeking to overturn a court order that allowed Buffer Stock case accused Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba to travel to the United Kingdom for medical treatment.

In a post on social media, Cudjoe praised Attorney General Dominic Ayine and Justice Sai following the development, while questioning details surrounding the medical appointment submitted to the court.

“Thank you!! Dominic Ayine Justice Sai,” he wrote.

He added, “Apparently the medical appointment submitted to court was an online appointment with a local pharmacy in some village.”

The Attorney General filed the application at the High Court after new information emerged following the court’s June 29, 2026 decision granting Aludiba permission to travel.

According to the government’s Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL), the new developments “fundamentally alter the basis upon which the Court exercised its discretion” in granting the travel request.

The state also alleged that Aludiba attempted to access funds in bank accounts frozen under orders obtained by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO), but the financial institution declined the withdrawal and notified investigators.
