I want to be a productive leader—New GHALCA Chair

Newly elected Chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), John Ansah has assured the clubs he represents of being a very productive leader.

He says their welfare will be his utmost concern as a leader, promising to take all the clubs along on the journey.

John Ansah was speaking to Accra-based Sporty FM in an interview after he was declared winner of the GHALCA elections.

“In my flyer, I indicated that I want to be a leader of productive and take care of the welfare of the teams. Again, there is a vision that we all want to drive that we have one policy that everybody will have access to discuss with us.

I personally, with my team, wouldn’t want to be autocratic; I need to discuss a plan of what we need to do for the next four years. I will lead the vision but I will have to table the plan for all of us to accept it,” he said.
