Black Stars midfielder Kwasi Sibo says his biggest dream is to help Ghana win a major trophy. He believes winning the Africa Cup of Nations with the national team would be a dream come true.
With attention now on the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations, Sibo believes the Black Stars have the players and coaches needed to end Ghana’s 45-year wait for the trophy.
“There’s always one thing that I want to feel in my heart. I want the nation to also feel it in their heart. It’s to win a cup for the nation,” Sibo told 3Sports GH.
“I think it’s been ages since Ghana won a cup. AFCON is coming and that’s a dream. I want that dream to manifest.
“I believe in the team. I believe in the coaching staff of Carlos Queiroz that he can make that dream happen for every Ghanaian who has been waiting for ages to see Ghana win a cup.”
