June 29 floods: Young man dies after attempting to switch off sockets in flooded room

A young Ghanaian man reportedly lost his life after being electrocuted while trying to switch off electrical sockets and protect his television and other household appliances as floodwaters entered his room at Alajo during the June 29 floods.
