Former Deputy General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, has expressed worry over the tension in the political party.
He cites the pockets of violence recorded during the party’s internal elections on Saturday, October 25, 2026.
Expressing his opinion on the matter in a social media post, Koku Anyidoho said “The NPP elected a Flagbearer; no Wahala.
The NPP had elections at all levels; no Wahala.
Why is my beloved NDC having so much Wahala at the constituency-level elections?
Certainly, we have had a peaceful election but the opposition is putting out very negative optics.
What will happen at the higher levels of our elections?
We pray for the best”.
