Gospel singer and preacher Nathaniel Bassey has warned married men who deceive young women, as well as to women who knowingly get involved with married men.
Speaking in a viral clip, Bassey condemned men who pretend to be single while pursuing other women.
“You’re a married man and you go about deceiving young girls, leading them on,” he said. “Some even go as far as sleeping with them.”
He warned such men to stop their actions, saying there would be consequences.
“I place a demand on the grace of God upon my life. If you try this year, you will survive, but your shame will not be forgotten,” he stated. “It will be on social media.”
Bassey added, “You take a lady to a hotel, you lie, meanwhile you are married, you will not come out alive from that hotel. If you think I’m joking, go ahead and try.”
He also addressed women who knowingly date married men.
“You too, you are a lady. You know the man is married. Your heart knows he is married,” he said.
“But because of greed, because of attention, because of Brazilian wig and hair, because you want to carry bag, you go ahead.”
Bassey warned such women to stop. “If you try it, you won’t survive it,” he said.
