Newly elected NPP Second Vice Chairman Henry Nana Boakye, popularly known as Nana B, says his election shows that party delegates still have confidence in his ability to serve at the national level.
Nana B thanked delegates for renewing their trust in him after what he described as years of hard work for the party.
“I am glad that my years of hard work in the party, the party still believes in me to make me a national vice chairman,” he said.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen, Nana B also addressed what he described as “several narratives” surrounding his candidacy.
“I have heard several narratives, but that’s not the case,” he said.
He said the result had humbled him and strengthened his resolve to serve the party in his new position.
“I am humbled that the delegates still believe in my capabilities and voted for me,” he added.
Nana B was elected Second Vice Chairman at the NPP’s National Delegates Conference in Kumasi on Saturday, October 3, 2026.
