Why NPP’s Miracles Aboagye is skipping his birthday today, February 27

Today is the birthday of former presidential staffer, Dennis Miracles Aboagye and according to him, he has decided not to skip it this year.

His decision, according to him, is to dedicate the day to Ghana’s cocoa farmers.

The 38-year-old politician, born on February 27, 1985, said he cannot enjoy his birthday while cocoa farmers continue to face challenges under the current government.

“I am unable to celebrate my birthday today, knowing my dear cocoa farmers have still not been listened to, but rather being gaslighted by this wicked NDC government,” he said in a post sighted by MyNewsGh.

He added that hardworking cocoa farmers are losing millions of Ghana cedis due to what he described as government inaction.

To show his support, Dennis Miracles announced that at exactly 7 p.m., he and his team will use all media spaces and 45 community information centers in the Western North Region to engage farmers directly.

“We are with them in this struggle till the end, and it ends only after government reverses the Haircut,” he said.

He ended his statement by wishing a happy birthday to himself and all cocoa farmers, emphasizing that the day is fully dedicated to those whose livelihoods are at stake.
