A lady on X has shared how her aunt met her husband while reflecting on their 3rd wedding anniversary.
She said the couple first met at a bank when the woman went to get a new ATM card, while the man was there to make a deposit.
According to the post, the man approached her and asked to borrow a pen.
She wrote, “Before handing it over, she said, ‘Make sure you don’t leave with my pen.’”
A few minutes later, he returned the pen, and she later discovered a small note hidden inside it.
She said the note read, “I didn’t leave with your pen. Please call me.”
The lady added that her aunt found the gesture creative and decided to contact him the following day.
She wrote that the call led to their relationship, and the couple recently marked three years of marriage.
