Ghanaian broadcaster Afia Pokua has expressed concern over the failure of the current government’s policies.
She says it is worrying that one of the government’s flagship programs has turned out to be a failure.
Her comment comes on the back of a revelation by the Minister for Agriculture that some birds distributed to support the Nkoko Nkiti Nkiti project have been consumed by beneficiaries.
“The President should be worried that his policies are turning out to be a failure. He needs to ask the Minister what kind of monitoring and evaluation they put in place because this is one of their flagship programmes,” he said.
Afia Pokua indicated that although she had some challenges with the erstwhile Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo government, the government ensured that its Free SHS programme chalked several successes.
