Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) Communications Director Ibrahim Sannie Daara has called on Ghanaians to stay calm and speak positively about the Black Stars ahead of their opening match against Panama at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The Black Stars go into the match without a win in their last six preparation games. However, Daara believes the attitude and support of Ghanaians can still have a big impact on the team.
“Let’s be measured with our words about the Black Stars and Carlos Queiroz ahead of the Panama game. Positive words can inspire the players to beat Panama,” he told Asempa FM.
Ghana has already arrived in Toronto and will hold their mandatory training session before the match.
