Broadcast Journalist, Captain Smart has proposed a law that will empower government with the power to unleash the military on people who picket over needless issues.
Captain Smart was reacting to the decision by the NPP to picket over the arrest of some of their leading members.
To him, it’s imperative that people who steal do not have their rights protected so that they can be dealt with easily.
”Someone like Wontumi, what did he do? Look at the Exim Bank thing, look at Tano Nimri forest? And then you would have grown ups, matured politicians rounding up their tails not educating the timberlike structures they have in their mouth they call their tongue and they will be shouting free Wontumi.
Free who? You want us to free madness? If I were the president, I would have actually released the military on you. We need to have new laws that if Captain Smart is arrested for stealing and you go to demonstrate that Captain Smart should be freed, you must be arrested,” he said.
