Former BBNaija housemate Nomy has described her experience on the reality show as traumatic, insisting that she was unjustly disqualified despite having only one strike.
Nomy made the claims during an interview with Chude Jideonwo, where she also dismissed questions about Nigerian internet personalities GehGeh and Peller, saying she had never heard of them.
“I don’t know who GehGeh or Peller are, never heard of them before,” she said.
Reflecting on her time in the Big Brother Naija house, Nomy said the experience left her traumatised and maintained that her disqualification was unfair.
“My experiences in the Big Brother house traumatised me. I was unjustly disqualified,” she said.
She explained that disqualification normally follows three strikes, but she had received only one before she was removed from the show.
“Normally, what makes people leave the house is disqualification, and to get that you need three strikes. I was on one,” she said.
Nomy also described the environment in the house as hostile, saying she felt she was surrounded by people who were against her.
“I was in the enemy territory, and even though I’m the villain of this season, I’m still the main character,” she added.
