My projections will come after January 23 – Mussa Dankwah on NPP primaries

Renowned pollster Mussa Dankwah has shared his projections ahead of the NPP presidential primaries scheduled for January 31. Speaking to Kwaku Sintim-Misa on the KSM Show, Dankwah gave a clear picture of the current trends.

“The last poll that we will do will count on January 23rd. From that point, we will do our own projections with our neck on the line,” he said during an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.

“If the trend has not changed, we will maintain the same trend. Look, this is what we are being told and nothing has changed.”

He said the contest is currently concentrated among a few leading candidates. “From the numbers, some candidates are clearly leading, while others are barely in the race.

Dankwah noted that consolidation will eventually produce a frontrunner.

“Among these candidates are about five accounts hiding. Seventy-five percent of their support goes to these five. So when the race consolidates, a candidate will lead eventually. That is mathematics,” he said.

He assured the public that the polls are transparent. “Not a single vote has been added or subtracted to anybody. No, absolutely not,” he stressed.
