Ghana captain Linda Owusu Ansah has admitted the Black Princesses face a difficult challenge after being drawn in a tough group at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup.
Ghana will face France, South Korea and Ecuador in Group C as they prepare to make their eighth consecutive appearance at the tournament.
Owusu Ansah acknowledged the strength of the group but says the team is ready to take on the challenge.
“I won’t lie; we are in a very tough group. France, Korea Republic and Ecuador are all great football nations, but we will try our best to make it out of the group stages,” she told FIFA.
The Black Princesses captain added: “We know it will be a huge challenge for us, but we are Ghana, and we always love challenges.”
