President of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe has urged Kojo Oppong Nkrumah to forget about seeking a review of the Supreme Court ruling on vacation courts.
Supreme Court dismissed Kojo Oppong Nkrumah’s application seeking to injunct two vacation Courts (Specialised Court 1 and 2) from sitting pending the determination of his writ challenging the warrant given to these judges to sit during the legal vacation.
Justice Gabriel Scot Pwamang (JSC) sitting as a single Justice of the Court delivered the full Ruling.
Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, after his application for an injunction on vacation courts was thrown out by the Supreme Court, indicated that he is considering a review of the ruling.
But making his point known in a post shared via social media, Franklin Cudjoe said “Bros, gjve up. No reasonable Judge will reason with you”.
He argues that no reasonable judge will reason with him and grant him what he is seeking.
