Greater Accra regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Bernard Okoe Boye has assured party folks that he will rest not until he see Dr Mahamudu Bawumia as president of Ghana.
He made this known in a post shared via social media to thank delegates and party folks who voted for him.
The former Health Minister used the opportunity to express his gratitude but was quick to urge all party folks to come on board to help deliver power to the NPP in 2028.
His post read “I thank all constituency executives for their support and participation in yesterday’s election.
The 488–173 result represents a clear and emphatic endorsement, I am deeply grateful.
Thank you for the trust, encouragement and commitment throughout this journey. We shall not rest until we make Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia President of the Republic of Ghana.
