NDC Greater Accra Youth Organiser Amorse Blessing Amos has encouraged current and former TEIN members to continue supporting student activities even after elections.
Speaking at the TEIN Convocation 2026, he said financial contributions, no matter how small, could help sustain campus programmes.
“Sometimes you go out and your pocket is dry. That should not stop you from attending the programme. But the day that your pocket is sweet, when you come, at least do something small,” he said.
He also advised incoming leaders to keep engaging with students after election periods.
“Now when you organise programmes, you see a lot of dignitaries. Whether they win or lose, continue to attend the programmes. Don’t let the students think that because of the election, that is why you were attending. After the election, you go and sleep,” he said.
“You still have a role to play. You are an inspiration to the young ones,” he added.
