Member of Parliament for Walewale, Mahama Tiah Abdul-Kabiru, has declared that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia holds the key to Ghana’s prosperity, arguing that the former Vice President is a leader suited for a higher calling.
Speaking to MyNewsGh at the Thanksgiving Service, he spoke in confident terms about Dr Bawumia’s character.
“He has a temperament that can lead the NPP to victory,” he declared.
Abdul-Kabiru dismissed suggestions that the race would be tightly contested.
In his words, the contest is clearer than some claim.
“We know, and we are clear in our minds, that Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is the best,” he said.
He went further, tying the candidate’s leadership to the country’s future.
“Dr Mahamudu Bawumia holds the key to the posterity of this country,” he concluded.
