Ghana international forward Mohammed Fuseini is set to join English Championship side Derby County on loan from Belgian champions Union Saint-Gilloise.
The deal will also include an option for Derby to make the move permanent.
The 24-year-old has already completed his medical and is now expected to complete the final paperwork before being officially announced as a Derby player.
Fuseini’s move to Derby comes after his proposed transfer to Birmingham City collapsed.
The Ghanaian travelled to England earlier this week to complete the move to Birmingham and undergo his medical.
However, the deal fell through, forcing Fuseini to look for another club before the transfer deadline.
Derby acted quickly and have now reached an agreement with Union SG to sign the forward on loan.
